Here are the step by steps to create this layout, you can mix around the papers to suit your self.
Step By Steps:
1. Chose which paper you would like to use for a background paper and cut off bar codes and distress around the edges.
2. Chose the paper you want to use for the circle, them using a plate, trace around it, then cut out the circle, distress is desired.
3. (a) Chose a paper to use for the smaller circles then ether Punch out 18 circles ,if you have a circle paper punch, if not trace and cut out the circles, cut in half or fold over so that you will have 2 different types of paper showing, distress the circles and attach one on top of the other, placing so you can see the both part, (see photos).
3. (b) Adhere the small circles to the back of the large circle, using double sided tape, with the small circles showing, (see photos).
4. (a) To mount your photo, chose 2 pieces of paper I used a pattern paper with a strong bold colour. To make the photo mount, you need the photo mounting 1 inch bigger than photo, (example 4x6 to need to cut the photo mount 5x7, if 5x7 photo you need 6x8 photo mount). To do this put the 2 pieces of the paper together and cut the size you need.
4.(b) After cutting the 2 photo mounts, put a piece of double sided tape in middle, (just a little bit to hold in place). Then distress and rip parts of the top paper so the at you can see the bottom paper, (see photo).
4.(c) Add your photo, using double sided tape.
5. Cut 1 doily in half and ahere to back of photo, up the top right hand side, place a brad in front of the doily, by making an hole and pushing it through, fold ends back flat. Then attached a full doily to the bottom left hand side under the photo mount, making sure you see about 3/4 of the doily.
6.(a) To make the pennants chose 2 different papers so that they each stand out against each other, cut each piece 3 inches wide by 4inches long. (making sure the pattern is going down the page). Take 1 of the pieces and cut a triangle in the bottom, then use that one to trace and cut the other piece, distress if desired.
6.(b) Put a brad in the top pennant, a little towards the right hand side (see photo). Then wrap some twine around the pennant, wrapping around the brad as you go, endding in a bow.
6.(c) Adhere the wrapped pennant on top of the other pennant and attach to the back of the mount photo.
7. Attach the large circle to the back ground paper, then attach the photo mount with the doilies/ pennants on it to the large circle.
8. Use a rubon onto the a tag, (note: Don't worry if it doesn't all come off as we are going for the distressed look.) Then attach the wooden sign frame to the tag, using double sided tape or glue, attach it to the photo using tape.
9. Add roses, as desired, if you have a piece of fabric you can make up an flower using it.(see step at the bottom of post).
10. Make up butterflies by placing 3 parts together, so that you can see different colours, then attach together using an stapler or glue, add to your layout.
11. Add your title, using glue or hot glue gun.
12. Add extra bling with Glitter Glue by putting dots around the edges,on the roses and Butterflies. (you could use Liquid Pearls as well).
To make fabric flower, take a small piece of fabric approx 4 inches square.
1. Take all 4 corners then, staple the corners together.
2. Then hold the stapled corners in one hand up and grab middle of the fabric which will be at the bottom.
3. Twist the middle part towards the stapled part.
4. Make an hole and add a brad.
5. Attach to your layout.
